We have a wide variety of meeting rooms to meet your every need from a large conference to a small business or club meeting, a special event or a celebration of a loved one’s life. Our facilities are available at very competitive rates. Situated in a central location just off Lymington High Street.

 

We can offer:

  • Room sizes suitable from 1-180 delegates
  • Available by the session, Mon-Fri: 10-12.30pm, 2pm-4.30pm or 7-10.30pm. Please phone for other session times and weekend hire.
  • Audio-visual facilities
  • Induction Loop/P.A. System
  • Full catering facilities
  • Reserved parking for speakers. Public car park adjacent (behind Tesco) and further parking in Emsworth Road. The Centre’s car park is reserved for permit holders only. Permits can be purchased with a Community Centre Membership.
  • Lift to access the upper floor. (Excludes Hayloft and Charter Rooms)
The Gates Hall

Our largest Hall is fully equipped with up to date audio and visual projection. For events that need music, you can plug in your laptop with your favourite music, or if you prefer, live music is a great alternative – an orchestral quartet, a harpist, a singer, all makes your event special. You can decorate the room if you wish. Chair covers, flowers, balloons – whatever you would like. As part of the event, take advantage of the garden setting for a glass of wine for the attendees.

Wellington Room

This room is situated upstairs, served by a lift and 2 sets of stairs. It seats 120 people and is light and airy. It is equipped with a grand piano so a sole pianist or small ensemble would feel at home here. With it’s own kitchenette it means you can serve drinks during or after the event. You are very welcome to decorate the room to suit your theme.

Malt Hall Theatre

If you’re looking for something different then give some consideration to our Theatre/Cinema. If you want a themed event this could be just the venue for you. With a stage and tiered seating for 91 people it provides the perfect backdrop for a unique event. With doors leading out to the Common Room Garden you are welcome to serve your attendees with a glass of something at appropriate moments.

Beagley Room

Seating up to 14 people, if you are looking for a smaller intimate event, then this is the room for you. Leading out on to the New Street Courtyard Garden you can get together with a glass of something suitable. The nearby Common Room seating 40 guests would be ideal for extending your event. Patio doors lead out to the enclosed Garden. There are kitchen facilities so drinks service is a simple matter. Decorate the room as you wish.

On booking we will ask you to complete a booking form and pay a non-refundable deposit.
