Vacancy for Malt Café Supervisor

Full time position – hours to be agreed

Responsibility for the overall operation of the Malt Café ordering stock, preparing and serving hot food, sandwiches etc, with food service from 9.30am in the morning. Maintaining a high level of health and hygiene standards. Overseeing a team of volunteers to ensure the smooth running of the Café front of house for food service and sales.

Co-ordination, preparation and service of food for meetings and events as agreed with Centre Manager.

You will have a valid Food Safety in Catering and Health and Hygiene certificate, relevant experience of working in a similar environment, and preferably experience of working with volunteers.
